With the launch of the WCIN site, ongoing intelligence activities will be tracked and reported following a  four step process:

5.1 Collection
5.2 Compilation
5.3 Display
5.4 Analysis

5. COLLECTION
Information will be collected from a variety of sources including the World-Wide Web, legacy records of the editor, contributors, libraries, special studies, etc.
Current Collection Activities: Web Sites

5. COMPILATION
Collected information will then be organized and compiled into retrievable record formats (MS WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS etc.) and then coded and cross-referenced using the World Cultural Intelligence Framework (WCIF).

Current Compilation Activities: none

5. DISPLAY
Compiled information will then be displayed either directly on the WCIN site or stored by the editor for e-transfer to users - either free of charge or on a fee-for-service basis depending upon the nature of the information and its sources.

Current Display Activities: none

5. ANALYSIS
Once displayed intelligence will be analyzed either by the editor or contributors.  Results will then either be displayed directly on the WCIN site or stored by the editor for e-transfer to users - either free of charge or on a fee-for-service basis depending upon the nature of the information and its sources.

Current Analysis Activities: none

Conclusion
Each week activities will be reported on this page and users directed to site locations or e-transfer protocols for access.  Users are cordially invited to suggest what priorities should be assigned to WCIN intelligence gathering activities, e.g. performing arts, languages, Web sites, etc.  User suggestions will play a critical role in directing WCIN activities.
