OBJECTIVE

The course is intended:

a)      as a co-equivalent of Econ 211 for purposes of admission to more advanced economics courses; and

b)      to present the Standard Model within the 'real world business' context of public and private (for-profit and non-profit) enterprise including introduction to industrial organization theory and practice (IO).
